IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS, COUNTY DEPARTMENT, PROBATE DIVISION. ESTATE OF ELOIDA BAEZ BONILLA, DECEASED. NO. 26 P 1557. Notice is given of the death of the above named decedent. Letters of Office were issued to Nancy Martinez, 2033 Water Chase Dr., New Lenox, IL 60451, as Independent Administrator, whose attorney of record is MALMAN LAW (31555), 205 W. RANDOLPH ST., STE. 1700, CHICAGO, IL 60606. Notice is given to Nancy Martinez, Daisy Dominicci, Rosaida Baez-Rizzi, Jaime Davila and Jose Dominicci, who are heirs of the decedent whose names or addresses were not stated in the petition for Letters of Administration, that an order was entered on 04/09/2026, granting independent administration of the estate. This means that the administrator will not have to obtain court orders of filed estate papers in court during probate. The estate will be administered without court supervision unless interested persons ask the court to become involved.
