Letters of Office were issued on February 2, 2026, to Troy Davis of Peru, Illinois and Kyrstin Coley of Pevely, MO whose attorney is Tom Ganiere of THE MISKELL LAW CENTER, LLC 218 W. Madison St., Ottawa, Illinois 61350. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, claims against the estate may be be filed in the Office of the Circuit Clerk, Probate Division, Downtown Courthouse, Ottawa, Illinois 61350, or with the representative, or both on or before October 16, 2026. If a claim notice is mailed or delivered personally to a creditor of the decedent, the creditor's claim may be filed on or before the date stated in that notice, if later than the date shown above.
