Ward, Jr., Deceased Docket No. 2026PR000046 CLAIMS NOTICE Notice is given of the death of Charles R. Ward, Jr. of LaSalle County, Illinois. Letters of Office were issued on March 17, 2026 to Marilyn Hensley of Mendota, IL, as independent executor, whose attorney is James D. Greenwood of Greenwood Law, LLC, 4333B 18th Ave. Rock Island, IL 61201. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Circuit Clerk's office, LaSalle County Court House, 119 W. Madison St., Ottawa, IL 61350, or with the representative or both, on or before September 21, 2026, or, if mailing or delivery of a notice from the representative is required by Section 18-3 of the Probate Act of 1975, the date stated in that notice. Any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within 10 days after it has been filed.
