ZARY, DECEASED) NO. 26 PR 144 CLAIM NOTICE Notice is given to creditors of the death of JOHN J. ZARY, Letters of Office were issued on April 14, 2026, to MICHAEL J. ZARY WHOSE ADDRESS is 15313 S Buttercup Court, Plainfield, Illinois 60544 AND LAUREEN STROHL, whose address is 2290 Fox Valley Court, Aurora, Illinois 60504, as Independent Executors, whose attorney of record is JOHN F. ARGOUDELIS of the Law Offices of John F. Argoudelis, LLC, 15124 South Route 59, Plainfield, Illinois. The estate will be administered without court supervision, unless under section 5/28-4 of the Probate Act (Ill. Compiled Stat. 1992, Ch. 755, par. 5/28-4) any interested person terminates independent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a petition to terminate to the clerk. Claims against the Estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court at the Will County Court House, 3208 W McDonough Street, Joliet, Illinois 60431, or with the representative or both, on or before the 14th day of October, 2026. Any claim not filed on or before that date is barred.
