Jacobson, a Deceased Person NO. 25 PR 746 CLAIM NOTICE Notice is given of the death of Wayne S. Jacobson, whose address was 13865 S. Balsam Lane D, Plainfield, Illinois. Letters of Office were issued on April 2, 2026 to Barry Jacobson, 1200 John Hancock, Dr., Bolingbrook, IL 60490, Independent Executor, whose attorney is John J. Pcolinski, Jr. The estate will be administered without Court Supervision, unless under section 28-4 of the Probate Act of 1975 (755 ILCS 5/28-4) any interested person terminates independent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a petition to terminate to the Circuit Clerk. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of Andrea Lynn Chasteen, Circuit Court Clerk, 100 W. Jefferson Street, Joliet, Illinois, or with the representative or both, on or before the 22nd day of October, 2026. Any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed. John J.
