IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE 19TH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT LAKE COUNTY, 18 COUNTY STREET, WAUKEGAN, ILLINOIS ESTATE OF Judy Lyczak, DECEASED 25 PR 746 Notice is given to creditors of the death of the above named dece- dent. Letters of office were issued to Cathy DiVincenzo, 1330 Green- wood Avenue, Wilmette, Illinois 60091, as Indepen- dent Executor whose attorney of record is Lara A. Duda, Duda Meesman Murphy, 1100 West North- west Highway #112, Mount Prospect, Illinois 60056. The estate will be admin- istered without court supervision, unless under section 5/28-4 of the Probate Act Ill. Compiled Stat. 1992, Ch. 755, par. 5/28-4) any interested person terminates inde- pendent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a petition to terminate to the clerk. Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the clerk or with the representative, or both, on or before October 17, 2026, or, if mailing or delivery of a notice from the representative
