Letters of office were issued to Rochelle Lind- sey, 9915 Sprig Way, Louisville, Kentucky 40291, as Independent Administrator, whose attorney of record is Mark A. Schramm, Law Office of Mark A. Schramm, 205 North Michigan Avenue, Suite 810, Chicago, Illinois 60601. The estate will be administered without court supervision, unless under section 5/28-4 of the Probate Act (Ill.
