Letters of office were issued to John Dichtl, 637 Windsor Drive, Fox Lake, Illinois 60020, as Indepen- dent Executor, whose attorney of record is Karen M. Patterson, Karen M. Patterson, PC, 2400 Ravine Way, Suite 200, Glenview, Illinois 60025. The estate will be administered without court supervision, unless under section 5/28-4 of the Probate Act Ill.
