IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE 19TH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT LAKE COUNTY, 18 COUNTY STREET, WAUKEGAN, ILLINOIS ESTATE OF Chester Williams, IV, DECEASED. 25 PR 571 Notice is given of the death of the above named decedent. Letters of office were issued to Sharon Williams, 1931 Grove Avenue, North Chicago, Illinois 60064, as Indepen- dent Administrator, whose attorney of record is Terrence E. Davey, Malman Law, 205 West Randolph Street, Suite 1700, Chicago, Illinois 60606. Notice is given to Devona Stubblefield, Heir of the Decedent whose name or address is not stated in the petition for independent administra- tion that an order was entered on February 17, 2026, granting indepen- dent administration of the estate.
