Letters of office were issued on February 24, 2026 to Thomas K. Smith of 16252 Bethany Rd., Sycamore, IL 60178 and Teresa Smith of 2635 N. 3739th Rd., Sheridan, IL 60551 as Independent Administrators, whose attorney is George C. Hupp of the law firm of Burton, Fuller & Associates, P.C., 227 West Madison Street, Ottawa, IL 61350. Claims against the estate may be filed with the office of the LaSalle County Circuit Clerk, LaSalle County Courthouse, 119 West Madison St., Ottawa, IL, or with the representative, or both, within six months of the date of first publication of this notice. If mailing or delivery of a claim notice from the representative is required, then claim must be filed in the above entitled cause within the date stated in that notice.
