Letters of Office as Independent Executor were issued on March 30, 2026 to MICHELLE PETER- SON, whose address is 2749 N. 4251st Road Sheridan, IL 60551 and whose attorney is Joseph H. Cantlin of The Cantlin Law Firm, 760 E. Etna Road, Ottawa, IL 61350. Claims against the estate may be filed with the office of the Circuit Clerk, Probate Division, LaSalle County Courthouse, Ottawa, Illinois 61350, or with the representative or both, on or before the 10th day of October,2026. Any claim not filed within the time allowed is barred. If the claim is filed with the Circuit Clerk of the Court then E-filing is now mandatory for filing an estate claim with the Circuit Clerk.
