CHARLES, ILLINOIS ESTATE OF Jacob Matthew Taylor, DECEASED. 25 PR 524 Notice is given to credi- tors of the death of the above named decedent. Letters of office were issued to Michelle Taylor, 327 Century Drive, Hamp- shire, Illinois 60140, as Independent Administra- tor, whose attorney of record is Andrew T. Hays, Hays Firm, LLC, 200 North LaSalle Street, Suite 2150, Chicago, Illi- nois 60601. The estate will be administered without court supervision, unless under section 5/28-4 of the Probate Act (Ill.
