CHARLES, ILLINOIS ESTATE OF Betty Jo Fetter, DECEASED. 26 PR 98 Notice is given to creditors of the death of the above named dece- dent. Letters of office were issued to William Fetter, 10N728 Newport Court, Elgin, Illinois 60124, as Independent Executor, whose attorney of record is Taylor J. Spooner, Ariano, Hardy, Ritt, Richmond, Lytle & Goettel, PC, 2000 McDon- ald Road, Suite 200, South Elgin, Illinois 60177. The estate will be adminis- tered without court super- vision, unless under section 5/28-4 of the Probate Act Ill.
