IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR THE 16TH JUDI- CIAL CIRCUIT KANE COUNTY, 540 SOUTH RANDALL ROAD, ST. CHARLES, ILLINOIS ESTATE OF Glenn Schmeltzer, DECEASED. 26 PR 170 Notice is given to creditors of the death of the above named dece- dent. Letters of office were issued to Karen Schmeltzer, 13645 Maple Avenue, Lemont, Illinois 60439, as Independent Administrator, whose attorney of record is SJ Chapman, Bielski Chap- man, Ltd., 123 North Wacker Drive, Suite 2300, Chicago, Illinois 60606. The estate will be admin- istered without court supervision, unless under section 5/28-4 of the Probate Act (Ill. Compiled Stat. 1992, Ch. 755, par. 5/28-4) any inter- ested person terminates independent administra- tion at any time by mail- ing or delivering a peti- tion to terminate to the clerk.
