CHARLES, ILLINOIS ESTATE OF Elaine Bobula, DECEASED. 26 PR 149 Notice is given to creditors of the death of the above named dece- dent. Letters of office were issued to Thomas Herzau, 24 Windemere Lane, South Barrington, Illinois 60010, as Indepen- dent Executor, whose attorney of record is Taylor J. Spooner, Ariano, Hardy, Ritt, Lytle & Goettel, PC, 2000 McDonald Road, Suite 200, South Elgin, Illinois 60177. Notice is given to Frank Anthony Hain in the above proceeding to probate a will and whose name or address is not stated in the petition to admit the will to probate, that an order was entered by the court on April 21, 2026 admitting the will to probate.
