NOTICE TO CREDITORS - CLAIM DATE IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE NINETEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT LAKE COUNTY, ILLINOIS IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF THOMAS SWITALL DECEASED, CASE NO. 2025PR00000653 Notice is given to credi- tors of the death of the above-named decedent. Letters of office were issued to Linda Miller and Jeffrey Switall, Indepen- dent Executors, 1897 Applewood Drive, Wauconda, Illinois 60084, as Independent Execu- tors, whose attorney of record is, R. Steven Polachek, 1000 Hart Road, Barrington, Illinois 60010. The estate will be admin- istered without court supervision, unless under section 5/28-4 of the Probate Act III. (Compiled Stat. 1992, Ch 775, par. 5/28-4), any inter- ested person terminates independent administra- tion at any time by mail- ing or delivering a peti- tion to terminate to the clerk.
