Notice is given to credi-
tors of the death of the
above-named decedent.
Letters of ofﬁce were
issued to Linda Miller and
Jeffrey Switall, Indepen-
dent Executors, 1897
Applewood Drive,
Wauconda, Illinois 60084,
as Independent Execu-
tors, whose attorney of
record is, R. Steven
Polachek, 1000 Hart Road,
Barrington, Illinois 60010.
The estate will be admin-
istered without court
supervision, unless under
section 5/28-4 of the
