NOTICE
Notice is given of the death of John P. Freeland, of Waukegan, Illinois. Letters of office were issued on April 13, 2026, to Steven Gaydos, 3612 Quince Court, Downers Grove, Illinois 60515, whose attorneys are LESSER, LUTREY, PASQUESI & HOWE, LLP, 191 E. Deerpath, Ste. 300, Lake Forest, IL 60045.
CLAIMS NOTICE
Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court at 18 N. County Street, Waukegan, Illinois 60085, or with the representative, or both, on or before October 17, 2026, which date is not less than 6 months from the date of the first publication of this notice and any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of any claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within 10 days after it is filed.
