CC 2026PR5 CLAIM NOTICE (Publication) NOTICE is given to creditors of the death of PAULA J. SPROWLS on December 12,2025. Letters of Office were issued by the above entitled Court to TAMMY A. BROWNING, of 304 West Thomas Street, Wyoming, Illinois 61491, as Executor, whose attorneys of record are WHITNEY & POnS, LTD., 118 West Main Street, P. 0. Box 368, Elmwood, Illinois, 61529-0368. Claims against the Estate may be filed in the Circuit Clerk's Office, Stark County Courthouse, Toulon, Illinois, or with the representative or both on or before the 16th day of October, 2026, or if mailing or delivery of a Notice from the representative is required by Sec. 18-3 of the Probate Act of 1975, the date stated in that Notice. Every claim filed must be In writing and state sufficient information to notify the representative of the nature of the claim or other relief sought. Any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered by the claimant to the representative and to the attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed and the claimant shall file with the Court, proof of any required mailing or delivery of copies.
