PUBLIC NOTICE IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR THE TWENTY-THIRD JUDICIAL CIRCUIT DEKALB COUNTY, ILLINOIS IN THE MATTER OF: THE AFTON-MILAN-DEKALB DRAINAGE DISTRICT NO. 1 OF AFTON, MILAN AND DEKALB TOWNSHIPS, DEKALB COUNTY, ILLINOIS NO. 72 MC 116 NOTICE OF PRESENTATION OF CURRENT FINANCIAL REPORT PLEASE BE ADVISED that the Current Financial Report of the Commissioners of the Afton, Milan, DeKalb Drainage District No. 1 for the year ending November 30, 2025, has been filed with the Circuit Clerk of DeKalb County, Illinois. Objections must be filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of DeKalb County within ten (10) days of the date of publication of this notice. Hearing on the Financial Report is set for March 25, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. before the presiding Circuit Judge in the DeKalb County Courthouse at Sycamore, Illinois, at which time all interested parties may be heard.
