CONTACT: Paul Wappel 217.685.0082 Kristophere Owens 815.640.1027 VIRTUAL PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE INTERSECTION RECONSTRUCTION AT IL ROUTE 23 AND CHICAGO ROAD IN DEKALB COUNTY Contract No. 66N64 The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT), District 3, is seeking public input on the proposed improvements at the intersection of IL Route 23 and Chicago Road (County Highway 16), located approximately 4 miles south of Waterman in DeKalb County. The purpose of this virtual public meeting is to present potential right-of-way (ROW) impacts and gather feedback from stakeholders and the public. The proposed project involves reconstructing the intersection of IL Route 23 and Chicago Road into a modern roundabout.
