PUBLIC NOTICE Public notice is hereby given to all persons in the County of LaSalle, State of Illinois, that a public hearing will be held, by the LaSalle County Zoning Board of Appeals, on April 15, 2026 at 5:00 P.M. at the LaSalle County Governmental Complex, 707 E. Etna Road, Room 250, Ottawa, Illinois. The owner/applicant, Carol Wiedmann is requesting a Special Use to replace an accessory dwelling unit (mobile home), located in the A-1 Agriculture Zoning District, and legally described as follows: Commencing at a point 72 links East of the Northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter (N.E. 1/4) of Section Eighteen (18), Township Thirty-six (36) North, Range Three (3), East of the Third Principal Meridian, thence South 42 degrees West 7.76 chains; thence South 23 degrees East 4.86 chains; thence East 8 chains and 94 links; thence North 61 degrees West 12.58 chains; thence West on Section Line, 50 links to the place of beginning; Also known as Lot Twenty-three (23) in the North Half (N. 1/2) of Section Eighteen (18), Township Thirty-six (36) North, Range Three (3), East of the Third Principal Meridian; all situated in LaSalle County, Illinois. PIN: 03-18-225-000 Currently, the property is zoned Agriculture (A-1) and is commonly known as 717 N Main St, Earlville.
