PUBLIC NOTICE Annual Town Meeting NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO THE LEGAL VOTERS, RESIDENTS OF THE TOWNSHIP OF DAYTON IN THE COUNTY OF LASALLE AND STATE OF ILLINOIS, THAT THE ANNUAL TOWN MEETING OF SAID TOWN WILL TAKE PLACE ON APRIL 14, 2026 BEING THE SECOND TUESDAY OF SAID MONTH AT THE HOUR OF 6:30 0'CLOCK P.M. AT THE TOWN HALL LOCATED at 3312 E 18th Rd. OTTAWA, ll. FOR TRANACTIONS OF BUSINESS RELATIVE TO THE POWER OF ELECTORS AT THE ANNUAL TOWN MEETING. THE AGENDA WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: A MODERATOR HAVING BEEN ELECTED WILL PROCEED TO HEAR AND CONSIDER ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORTS, SELECT DEPOSITORY, SET DATE AND TIME OF REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING REQUEST TO SELL SURPLUS EQUIPMENT, TRANSFER EXCESS FUNDS AND DECIDE ON SUCH MEASURES THAT MAY, IN PURSUANCE OF LAW, COME BEFORE THE MEETING.
