NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Public Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing before the Plan Commission of the Village of Kenilworth to be held on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., at the Kenilworth Village Hall, 419 Richmond Road, Kenilworth, Illinois where the matter listed below will be considered: 515-519 Park Drive A request by RED3 Development LLC, 515-519 Park Drive Series, for a Preliminary Planned Unit Development to construct a new building at the properties legally identified as Property Index Numbers: 05-28-217-030-0000 (Owner: Travel – 519 Park LLC –Laurence Weiner/Gerald Nudo); and 05-28-217-032-0000 (Owner: 515 Park, LLC – Michael S. Corbett) in the B Business District, commonly known as 515-519 Park Drive, Kenilworth, Illinois. Please check the Village of Kenilworth website www.vok.org for additional information regarding meeting participation and remote attendance options. At this time and place all interested parties will be given the right to be heard. For information or materials on the Public Hearing, contact the Village offices at (847)251-1666 or www.vok.org .
