NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Public Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Kenilworth to be held on Monday, April 13, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., at the Village Hall, 419 Richmond Road, Kenilworth, Illinois when the matters listed below will be considered: 257 Woodstock Avenue The petitioner/homeowners, Hilary and Will Kallop, are requesting the following relief for the purpose of constructing a 1.5 story addition to house an attached garage: (1) variation from minimum rear yard setback, and (2) other zoning relief as may be necessary, on the property commonly known as 257 Woodstock Avenue, Kenilworth, Illinois 60043, Property Index Number 05-27-101-006-0000, located in the R-1 Residence District.
