Polk Street. Monee, Illinois legally described as follows: LOT 26 IN HIGHLAND SUBDIVISION, BEING A SUBDIVISION IN THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 34 NORTH, RANGE 13 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED APRIL 1,1997 AS DOCUMENT NO.
