Winfield Rd. Monee, Illinois legally described as follows: LOT 24 IN GORMAN FARM, PHASE II, BEING A SUBDIVISION OF PART OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER AND THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 34 NORTH, RANGE 13 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, IN WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS, RECORDED SEPTEMBER 21, 1987, AS DOCUMENT NO.
