April 3, 2026 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Village of Vernon Hills, Illinois will hold a Public Hearing at the Village Hall, 290 Ever- green Drive on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. to consider a petition filed by Farmer’s Best Market, property owner, requesting variations from the requirements of Chapter 19, Sign Code, Section 19.3, related to logo size, number of wall signs, and total sign area for the property commonly known as 413 N. Milwaukee Avenue Unit 200-300, in accordance with Appendix C, Zoning, Section 21.5. Subject Property: 413 N.
