No. 23 JA 60 NOTICE OF PUBLICATION NOTICE IS GIVEN YOU, Amber Lynn Johnston, mother, and unknown father of the minor, Nevaeh Johnston and TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, that on January 09, 2026 petitions were filed under the Juvenile Court Act by KRISTEN A. STONE in this Court, and that in the courtroom of Judge Marnie Slavin C-1 in the Robert W. Depke Juvenile Justice Complex, 24647 North Milwaukee Avenue, Vernon Hills, Illinois, on April 23, 2026 at 9:00am or soon thereafter as this case may be heard, an adjudicatory hearing will be held upon the petition to have parental rights terminated.
