No. 26 JA 8 NOTICE OF PUBLICATION NOTICE IS GIVEN YOU, unknown father of the minor, River Bacon and TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, that on January 27, 2026 petitions were filed under the Juvenile Court Act by TARA H. ORI in this Court, and that in the courtroom of Judge Marnie Slavin C-1, Robert W. Depke Juvenile Justice Complex, 24647 North Milwaukee Avenue, Vernon Hills, Illinois, on March 31, 2026 at 10:30am or soon thereafter as this case may be heard, an adjudicatory hearing will be held upon the petition to have the child declared to be a ward of the Court under the Act. THIS COURT HAS AUTHORITY IN THIS CASE TO TAKE AWAY THE CUSTODY AND GUARDIANSHIP OF THE MINOR, TO TERMINATE YOUR PARENTAL RIGHTS, AND TO APPOINT A GUARDIAN WITH POWER TO CONSENT TO THE ADOPTION OF THE MINOR.
