PUBLIC NOTICE Clayton County Board of Supervisors Minutes April 21, 2026 Meeting at 9:00 AM of the Clayton County Board of Supervisors at 600 Gunder Road NE, Elkader, lowa. Present:Steve Doeppke, Ray Peterson, and Doug Reimer Guests:Douglas Puffet, Brian Harbaugh, Garrett Baumgartner, Shawn Wirkler, Casey Stickfort, Kaitlyn Kuehl-Berns and Amanda Sargent. Doeppke moved, Reimer seconded to approve the meeting minutes for April 14, 2026. Ayes:Doeppke, Peterson, Reimer. Motion carried. Reimer moved, Doeppke seconded to approve the claims as presented totaling $218,333.93. Ayes:Doeppke, Peterson, Reimer. Motion carried. Garrett Baumgartner provided an Information Technology departmental update. Reimer moved, Doeppke seconded to approve the wage certification for Randy Backes as Secondary Roads Seasonal Worker position at $20.00 an hour effective May 15, 2026. Ayes:Doeppke, Peterson, Reimer.
