TOWN OF MATTAPOISETTCONSERVATION COMMISSIONNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Mattapoisett Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at 7:00 pm in the Mattapoisett Town Hall on a Notice of Intent submitted by The Elizabeth May Cannell 1996 Family Trust. The meeting will also be a hybrid meeting. Please contact the Conservation Commission for the Zoom information. The Applicant proposes to reconstruct a pile supported boardwalk over a Bordering Vegetated Wetland and Salt Marsh and to construct a pile supported timber pier with a gangway and float into the waters of Hillers Cove. The proposed work will be performed within a Bordering Vegetated Wetland, Salt Marsh, Land Under Ocean, Land Containing Shellfish and Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage, Flood Zone VE (El. 19 & 20). The work will be performed at 5 Holly Woods Road which is further identified as Lot #160 on Assessors Map #3. 5/7
