TOWN OF MATTAPOISETT BOARD OF APPEALSNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS Notice is hereby given that the Mattapoisett Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on the following Applications and Petitions. ALL meetings are held at the Mattapoisett Town Hall Conference Room, 16 Main Street (unless otherwise noted). The start time is 6 PM * The meeting will be held in the Town Hall Conference Room on Thursday, May 21, 2026* CASE #1591 Petition of: Mr. Henry Renauld, Town of Mattapoisett, Mattapoisett Water & Sewer Department. 19 County Street, Mattapoisett, MA 02739. RE:15 Industrial Drive, Mattapoisett. The property is further described as Plot 27, Lot 403, on the Assessor's Map. The lot is in the Limited Industrial (LI) Zoning District. It is recorded with the Plymouth Registry of Deeds Book 37363, Pages 178-182. The property contains 3.435 acres with 683.47 feet of frontage. The Water and Sewer Department is seeking a variance from the two-hundred-foot (200) minimum setback required from the existing residential uses to be modified to 122 feet for this project. There is planned landscape privacy screening between the residential buildings and the proposed Water and Sewer Department garage and offices. 5/7, 5/14
