TOWN OF MIDDLEBOROUGHZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF HEARINGThe Middleborough Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 14, 2026, at 7:00 P.M., in the Select Board's Meeting Room, Middleborough Town Hall, 10 Nickerson Avenue, Middleborough, MA to hear the petition of Marcus Baptiste, Manager - Freetown Trade and Hobby Center, LLC, 261 Perron Ave, Somerset, MA 02726 relative to his request to be granted a Special Permit pursuant to Section 4.5.3 of the Middleborough Zoning Bylaws to allow for the construction of six commercial buildings, including an 87,463 SF building to be used for baseball training facility; four 4,080 SF buildings, each with six contract bays and a 2,100 SF building with an office and garage. The subject property is located at 467 Wareham Street, Middleborough Assessor's Map 87, lots 3285, 4017 and 4048 in the General Use District. Anyone desiring to be heard on this matter should appear at the time and place designated.
