TOWN OF MIDDLEBOROUGHZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF HEARINGThe Middleborough Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 14, 2026, at 7:00 P.M., in the Select Board's Meeting Room, Middleborough Town Hall, 10 Nickerson Avenue, Middleborough, MA to hear the petition of Michael O'Shaughnessy, Esq on behalf of LEX Development, PO Box 265, Middleborough, MA 02346 relative to his request to be granted a Special Permit pursuant to Section 4.5.3, 9.2.2.2 and Section 9.4 and a Variance request pursuant to Sections 5.6.1.5 and Section 9.2.2.3 of the Middleborough Zoning Bylaws to allow for the construction of a container park that exceeds 20,000 SF of gross area and to waive the requirement of a ten foot landscaped median for every two bays of parking. The subject property is located at 480 Wareham Street, Middleborough Assessor's Map 87, lot 6463 in the General Use X District. Anyone desiring to be heard on this matter should appear at the time and place designated.
