GATEWAY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS LEGAL SERVICES FOR THE HUDSON TUNNEL PROJECT The Gateway Development Commission (GDC) intends to solicit proposals for Request for Proposal (RFP) No. GDC-26-033-OP for the provision of Legal Services in support of the Hudson Tunnel Project.
