AHOM, INC seeks proposals for consulting services for affordable housing redevelopment.

Boonton Housing Authority  AHOM, INC Legal Notice Request for Proposal Consulting Services   AHOM, INC is seeking proposals from a consultant firm to assist with professional services with the experience to assist the Executive Director and Board of AHOM, INC to implement the beginning process for a redevelopment project; assist in finding a developer and help identify the financial packaging to provide more affordable housing in the Town of Boonton. Proposal should be written to address the following quality/merit factors which should be used by the Authority to evaluate proposals:  1. Experience of Consulting Services related to continuation. Moving the organization in providing affordable housing for the working population.  2. Knowledge of and experience with hiring a developer and create mixed financing recommendations to create more affordable housing in the Town of Boonton  3. Knowledge and experience with HUD regulations, policies and procedures     The scope of service will be identified in the Request for Proposal and may be obtained from Sherry Sims.
