The Rockaway Valley Regional Sewerage Authority has awarded the following contracts without public advertising and competitive bidding as professional services, pursuant to the Local Public Contracts Law (N.J.S.A 40:11-1 et. seq).

For Rockaway Valley Regional Sewerage Authority Year 2026 ( One Year Term)
 
General legal counsel – Joseph J. Maraziti, Jr., Esq. of the firm of Maraziti, Falcon, LLP, professional rates as per proposal on the file dated December 5, 2025. Contract Value not to exceed $ 598,500.00.
 
Special legal counsel – John Napolitano, Esq. of the firm Cleary, Giacobbe, Alfieri, Jacobs, professional rates as per proposal on file dated December 9, 2025. Contract Value not to exceed $3,000.00.
 
Legal personnel counsel – Stephen E. Trimboli, Esq. of the firm The Chilla Business Counsel, LLC, professional rates as per proposal on file dated December 29, 2025. Contract Value not to exceed $ 40,000.00.
 
Bond counsel legal services – Robert H. Beinfield, Esq. of the firm of Hawkins, Delafield & Wood, LLP, professional rates as per proposal on file dated December 5, 2025. Contract Value not to exceed $ 70,000.00.
 
Financial auditing services – Paul J. Cuva, CPA, RMA of the firm of Wielkotz and Company, LLC., professional rates as per proposal on file dated December 30, 2025. Contract Value not to exceed $ 44,000.00.
 
Insurance producer / risk management consulting services – Dominick S. Cinelli of the firm of Brown and Brown, Inc., compensation for services rendered shall be an amount equal to six (6%) per cent of the RVRSA's annual assessment as promulgated by the Joint Insurance Fund. Proposal received on December 5, 2025.
 
General consulting engineering and permit services – Timothy Bradley., P.E. of the firm of Kleinfelder East Inc., professional rates as per proposal on file dated December 16, 2025. Contract Value not to exceed $ 75,000.00.
 
General consulting engineering services – James Cosgrove, Jr., P.E. of the firm One Water Consulting, LLC, professional rates as per proposal on file dated December 12, 2025. Contract Value not to exceed $83,500.00.
 
General consulting engineering services – Michael A. Polito, Jr., P.E., of the firm of Mott, MacDonald LLC, professional rates as per proposal on file dated December 29, 2025. Contact Value not to exceed $ 25,000.00.
 
General consulting electrical engineering services – Eldo James, P.E. of the firm of ELECSYS Engineering Group, PLLC, professional rates as per proposal on file dated December 22, 2025. Contract Value not to exceed $ 15,000.00.
 
Surveying and general engineering services – Michael K. McAloon, P.E. of the firm of Suburban Consulting Engineers, Inc., professional rates as per proposal on file dated December 15, 2025. Contract Value not to exceed $ 30,000.00.
 
LSRP services – Eric Mertz, LSRP, Project Director of the firm of Excel Environmental Resources, Inc., professional rates as per proposal on file dated December 8, 2025. Contract Value not to exceed $5,000.00.
 
Asset Management Support – Suzanne M. Zitzman, GISP, of the firm Colliers Engineering & Design, professional rates as per proposal on file dated December 15, 2025. Contract Value not to exceed $30,000.00.
 
CDL alcohol & drug testing services – Valley Health Medical Group, professional rates as per proposal on file dated December 17, 2025. Contract Value not to exceed $1,000.00.
 
Medical services – Atlantic Health Chilton Medical, professional rates as per proposal on file dated December 22, 2025. Contract Value not to exceed $9,000.00.
