PUBLIC NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
ZOOM VIDEO/TELEPHONIC MEETING
 
NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to Section 13 of the Open Public Meetings Act that a special meeting of the Rockaway Valley Regional Sewerage Authority, located at 99 Greenbank Road, Boonton, NJ, will convene through a ZOOM video Meeting on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 4:00 P.M. to consider matters regarding: Implementation of a Health Reimbursement Arrangement, Memorandum of Agreement with Local 125 Teamsters, Authorizing a health care disbursement checking account and Amendment to the Fire Equipment Repair Contract.
 
The RVRSA will consider the adoption of Resolution 26-032, Resolution 26-033, Resolution 26-034 and 26-035 entitled:
 
(1) AUTHORIZING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF A HEALTH REIMBURSEMENT ACCOUNT PROGRAM AND ENTRY INTO A CONTRACT WITH EB EMPLOYEE SOLUTIONS, LLC, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE NEW JERSEY HIGH-DEDUCTIBLE HEALTH PLAN OF THE NEW JERSEY STATE HEALTH BENEFITS PROGRAM.
(2) RATIFYING THE MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH LOCAL 125 TEAMSTERS REGARDING THE HIGH-DEDUCTIBLE HEALTH PLAN.
(3) AUTHORIZING A HEALTH CARE DISBURSEMENT CHECKING ACCOUNT
(4) AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT OF CONTRACT FOR ANNUAL FIRE ALARM, FIRE EXTINGUISHER, FIRE SPRINKLER, FIRE HYDRANT INSPECTION SERVICES, FIRE EQUIPMENT REPAIR SERVICES AND FIRE ALARM MONITORING SERVICES.
