NOTICE OF CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER:
 
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Passaic Valley Water Commission, a Municipal Corporation of the State of New Jersey; has authorized The following existing contract change order in accordance with N.J.S.A. 5:30-11 et seq.
 
This contract and the Board's action, on recommendation of the Commission's Executive Director, and advisement of Counsel, authorizing same are recorded in the Minutes and are available for public inspection in the office of the Administrative Secretary, Passaic Valley Water Commission 1525 Main Ave, Clifton, N.J. during regular business hours.
