NOTICE OF CONTRACT:
 
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Passaic Valley Water Commission, a Municipal Corporation of the State of New Jersey; has authorized and awarded a Contract without competitive bidding as a Professional Services in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5 (1) (a)(i) et seq.
 
This contract and the Board's action, on recommendation of the Commission's Executive Director, Director of Engineering, Purchasing, Comptroller and advisement of Counsel, authorizing same are recorded in the Minutes and are available for public inspection in the office of the Administrative Secretary, Passaic Valley Water Commission, 1525 Main Ave., Clifton, N.J. during regular business hours.
