Such bid response should be enclosed in an opaque sealed envelope, plainly marked, “2026 Concession Rights for the Orange Avenue Pool Concession Stand” and shall show the name and address of the bidder. Bids may be hand delivered to the Township Building or may be forwarded by personal service, certified mail, U.S. Post and other mail delivery services.
