SCOPE OF WORK TO INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWING: MODIFY EXISTING ASPHALT PAVED AREA TO INSTALL NEW OWNER SUPPLIED BUS SHELTER CONCRETE PAD. PROVIDE AND INSTALL NEW CONCRETE PAD AND ACCESSORIES. INSTALL NEW OWNER SUPPLIED BUS SHELTER. BID SPECIFICATIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM THE ARCHITECT, HABITECH ARCHITECTURE, LLC BY EMAILING LGMESTRES@GMAIL.COM ON OR AFTER MONDAY, MARCH 30, 2026. BIDDERS ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT APPROPRIATE STATE LICENSE(S), BUSINESS REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE AND CERTIFIED PAYROLL USING PREVAILING WAGES, AND CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE.
