ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS  CITY OF ELIZABETH BOARD OF EDUCATION   PROPOSALS: By order of the Board of Education of the City of Elizabeth Public Schools in the County of Union, State of New Jersey, sealed proposals for the following projects are hereby advertised in accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-21(a) (b):   SERVICING AND MAINTENANCE OF REFRIGERATORS AND FREEZERS  Proposals must be received by the Elizabeth Board of Education, on or before Thursday, May 14, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Daylight Savings Time and should be submitted to the following address: Elizabeth Board of Education Purchasing Agent Attn: Mario L. Rodrigues, 500 North Broad Street, Elizabeth, New Jersey 07208. Proposals should have the following information printed on the outside of the envelope:   SERVICING AND MAINTENANCE OF REFRIGERATORS AND FREEZERS  Specifications and bid documents may be found at our website www.epsnj.org . Scroll on left side of page and  click "Bids, Requests and Proposals" and then click "Invitation for Bids." You will have to complete a questionnaire for each bid proposal package to download each bid proposal package.   The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids or proposals, waive any informalities and award contracts, which in their judgment may be in the best interest of the Board of Education. "Bidders are to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1.1. et seq.   Submission of Bids All potential bidders are to send their responses through the US Postal Service (Certified Mail or Overnight Delivery suggested) or other recognized delivery service that provides certification of delivery to the sender.
