Bids for runway lighting upgrades due May 29, 2026, at Sky Manor Airport.

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS   NOTICE TO BIDDERS: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 29, 2026, at 9:00 AM (prevailing time), sealed bids will be received by Sky Manor Airport Partners, LLC, at Sky Manor Airport, 48 Sky Manor Road, Pittstown, New Jersey, for RUNWAY 7-25 LED LIGHTING UPGRADES at Sky Manor Airport. Specifications and Bid documents (electronic) can be obtained by downloading from an FTP site. To obtain access to the site, please email bstrizki@jmt.com and request a Contractor Registration Form. After completion of the Contractor Registration Form, the contractor will receive the FTP site link and password. A paper copy of the Specification and Bid Documents can also be obtained by emailing bstrizki@jmt.com for a fee of $50.00, payable to Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, Inc., which includes shipping. Bids shall be rejected if not submitted within time, date and at place designated, and if not accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the sum of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00, payable to Sky Manor Airport Partners, LLC as a guarantee to furnish equipment and/or services for the bid price. The estimated quantities for major bid items are as follows: #8 AWG, L824 Type C, 5KV Cable -7500 LF, #6 Bare Counterpoise Cable -7500 LF, Base Can Mounted Elevated Runway Edge/Threshold/End light  44 EA. Bids shall be delivered in sealed envelopes to the following address and shall be plainly marked: PROPOSAL FOR "RUNWAY 7-25 LED LIGHTING UPGRADES", Mr. Don Kugler, Managing Member, Sky Manor Airport, 48 Sky Manor Road, Pittstown, New Jersey 08867.
