ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS NOTICE TO BIDDERS: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 29, 2026, at 9:00 AM (prevailing time), sealed bids will be received by Sky Manor Airport Partners, LLC, at Sky Manor Airport, 48 Sky Manor Road, Pittstown, New Jersey, for RUNWAY 7-25 LED LIGHTING UPGRADES at Sky Manor Airport. Specifications and Bid documents (electronic) can be obtained by downloading from an FTP site. To obtain access to the site, please email bstrizki@jmt.com and request a Contractor Registration Form. After completion of the Contractor Registration Form, the contractor will receive the FTP site link and password. A paper copy of the Specification and Bid Documents can also be obtained by emailing bstrizki@jmt.com for a fee of $50.00, payable to Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, Inc., which includes shipping. Bids shall be rejected if not submitted within time, date and at place designated, and if not accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the sum of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00, payable to Sky Manor Airport Partners, LLC as a guarantee to furnish equipment and/or services for the bid price. The estimated quantities for major bid items are as follows: #8 AWG, L824 Type C, 5KV Cable -7500 LF, #6 Bare Counterpoise Cable -7500 LF, Base Can Mounted Elevated Runway Edge/Threshold/End light 44 EA. Bids shall be delivered in sealed envelopes to the following address and shall be plainly marked: PROPOSAL FOR "RUNWAY 7-25 LED LIGHTING UPGRADES", Mr. Don Kugler, Managing Member, Sky Manor Airport, 48 Sky Manor Road, Pittstown, New Jersey 08867. The Contractor must comply with all Local, County, State, and Federal laws, rules and regulations applicable to this contract and to the work to be done hereunder.
