NOTICE TO BIDDERS POLYALUMINIUM CHLORIDE The Stony Brook Regional Sewerage Authority, Princeton, New Jersey (the "Authority"), is requesting sealed bids for Polyaluminium Chloride. The contract will run from June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027, for a one-year contract, or through May 31, 2028 if a two-year contract awarded. Sealed bids will be received at the Authority's office at 290 River Road, Princeton, New Jersey, until 11:00 a.m. prevailing time, on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at which place and time sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Sealed bids plainly marked "Polyaluminium Chloride" shall be mailed or delivered to the Authority's office and will not be opened until the time and place specified above. Bids that are received after the time and date specified above shall not be accepted or considered. A Certified, Treasurers or Cashier's Check or bid bond in the sum of 10% of the bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00 must be submitted with the sealed bid proposal along with the Non-Collusion Affidavit, Statement of Ownership Disclosure, Acknowledgement of Receipt of Notices, Revision or Addenda, Affirmative Action and Exhibit A Questionnaires, Business Registration Certificate and Disclosure of Investment Activities in Russia, Belarus and Iran. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 etseq.(P.L. 1975,C. 127) and N.J.A.C. 17:27. The Authority will evaluate bids and an award will be made to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder in accordance with and as defined in N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities or irregularities in bids received in accordance with the law. Bid packages may be obtained from the office of the Authority at 290 River Road, Princeton, New Jersey 08540 or request via email at purchasing@sbrsa.org. There is no charge for obtaining the bid package. The bid package provides detailed specifications, bidding requirements and contract forms.
