NOTICE TO BIDDERS INCINERATOR DE-SLAGGING AND CLEANOUT The Stony Brook Regional Sewerage Authority, Princeton, New Jersey (the "Authority"), is requesting sealed bids for the Multiple Hearth Incinerator De-slagging and Cleanout at 290 River Road in Princeton, New Jersey 08540. Sealed Bids will be received at the office of the Authority at 290 River Road, Princeton, New Jersey 08540 until 11:00 a.m. prevailing time, on Thursday, May 21, 2026 at which place and time said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The work includes de-slagging and cleanout of multiple hearth incinerators and afterburners. The contract duration shall be from June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027 for a one-year contract, or May 31, 2028 if a two-year contract is awarded. The work is located in the Operations Building at the Authority Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 290 River Road, Princeton, New Jersey 08540. Certified, Treasurer's or Cashier's Check or Bid Bond in the sum of ten (10) percent of the bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000, Agreement of Surety, List of Subcontractors, Ownership Disclosure, Bidder's Affidavit, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Business Registration Certificate, References, Acknowledgement of Receipt of Notices, Revisions or addenda to Bid Documents Form, Affirmative Action Certification and Affidavit, Certification on Equal Employment Opportunity, Equipment Certification, Investment Activities in Iran, Russia and Belarus Disclosure, Bidder's Checklist, and Questionnaire are required with each Bid. Bidders shall not remove and submit the bid pages separately from the volume of Contract Documents but shall submit their Bid bound with the complete volume of attached Contract Documents, including all pages correctly assembled and all Addenda attached. Contract Documents may be examined and obtained at the office of the Authority, 290 River Road, Princeton, New Jersey 08540. A non-refundable payment of $25 by check made payable to the Stony Brook Regional Sewerage Authority will be required on each set of Contract Documents picked up at the Authority's office. If requested to be mailed, an additional $25 is required for a total of $50. Successful bidder must furnish 100 percent Performance Bond and 100 percent Labor and Materials Bond. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Bids should the Authority deem it to be in the public interest to do so.
