Proposals requested for curriculum guide audits for grades 5-8.

LEGAL NOTICE  REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS RFP #05-26 Curriculum Guide Audits Grades 5-6 RFP #06-26 Curriculum Guide Audits Grades 7-8   The South Plainfield Board of Education is requesting proposals for the items listed above. Sealed proposals will be received at the Office of the Business Administrator in the South Plainfield Board of Education, 125 Jackson Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ 07080, until the opening date and time specified, at which time proposals will be opened, read aloud and recorded. The Board of Education assumes no responsibility for delays in the mail or delivery service causing the proposal to be received at the Purchasing Department later than the due date and time. Proposals are to be presented to the Board of Education in a sealed envelope(s) with each envelope marked as follows: RFP #05-26 Curriculum Guide Audits Grades 5-6 Submission Date: Thursday, March 12, 2026 12:00 p.m.  RFP #06-26 Curriculum Guide Audits Grades 7-8 Submission Date: Thursday, March 12, 2026 12:30 p.m.   Forms of proposals and specifications may be obtained from the Office of the Business Administrator, located at 125  Jackson Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ 07080 or by email to abenanti@spboe.org or spadula@spboe.org Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The Board reserves the right to reject any and or all proposals and to waive informalities in the best of interest of the Board.  Proposals shall be made only on the form provided with all blanks filled in and signed by the vendor. Proposals shall be  enclosed in sealed envelopes giving the name of the vendor and the type of materials or services being proposed.  No vendor may withdraw the proposal for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening thereof.  The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted and to waive any minor informality or irregularity in any proposal and shall further make awards in any way it deems advisable to the best interests of the School District.  Vendors are required to comply with the rules and regulations Affirmative Action Requirements of Chapter 127 P. L. 1975 and NJAC 17:27 and any other applicable Federal, State County or Municipal laws, rules regulations or codes. Vendors are required to comply with the rules and regulations of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) concerning unlawful discrimination in employment.  The award of contract shall be in conformance with the applicable requirements of N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-1 et. seq., pertaining to the "Public School Contracts Law" and this notice is to be construed in accordance with the Public-School Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-1 et. seq.  All vendors are required to submit along with their proposal a copy of their current NJ Business Registration Certificate, W-9, Affirmative Action Certificate and C-271 Political Contribution Disclosure form.
