INVITATION TO BID Owner: SOUTH RIVER BOARD OF EDUCATION 15 Montgomery Street South River, NJ 08882 Engineer: FRENCH & PARRELLO 1800 Route 34, Suite 101 Wall, NJ 07719 Date: February 20, 2026 TO ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS You are invited to submit an offer under seal to the Owner for the South River School District Mill and Overlay the Parking Area and other improvements at the South River School District, located at 15 Montgomery Street, South River, New Jersey. Bids shall be submitted to the Business Administrator, located at 15 Montgomery Street, South River, NJ 08882, before 2 pm local standard time on or before March 13, 2026. No pre-bid meetings are scheduled. Work includes all items shown on the construction plans and contained within the contract documents and specifications including, but not limited to, the following: - Base Bid South River School District Mill and Overlay Parking Area includes but is not limited to: Site Demolition, Earthwork, Bituminous Concrete Pavement Overlay, Full Depth Bituminous Concrete Pavement, Concrete Sidewalk, Concrete Curbing, Drainage, Pavement Marking, Signage etc. to provide a complete and operational parking area improvements in accordance with the construction documents. - Add Alternate If awarded, consists of: Site Demolition, Earthwork, Bituminous Concrete Pavement Overlay, Full Depth Bituminous Concrete Pavement, Concrete Sidewalk, Concrete Curbing, Drainage, Pavement Marking, Signage etc. to provide a complete and operational parking area improvements in accordance with the construction documents. Bid Documents will be available starting February 24, 2026 upon request PDF copies of the Bid Documents shall be provided with a credit card charge in the amount of $50.00. Also, if you want Hard copies of the Bid Documents and a set of the plans will be provided for a Stipulated Sum/Price and may be obtained from the office of the Engineer upon receipt of a non-refundable check or money order payable to "French & Parrello Assoc., P.A.", in the amount of $50.00 for one (1) set of Bid Documents. The successful bidder is required to furnish and pay for a Performance Bond in the full amount of the bid. Bidders are advised to refer to other bidding requirements described in Instruction to Bidders. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided. Bidders are required to complete Bid Form.
